The energy we use for our processing plants comes exclusively from renewable sources. The land is totally supplied by hydropower, while biomass produces the thermal energy needed to heat our offices, plant and surrounding homes. Our impact is therefore imperceptible, because every activity is sustained by fossil-fuel-free energy. This virtuous cycle is made possible by the use of twigs and wood waste, from nearby forests, which allow us to fuel biomass boilers and close the CO2 cycle without any contribution to the greenhouse effect.
